Being a civil celebrant is an absolute honour and privilege and a role that Hazel takes with great pride and passion as she crafts a truly personalised ceremony that reflects the true personality, values, traditions, and wishes of those involved.
Through her own uniqueness and zest for life alongside her 12 years experience as a Celebrant and over 14 years within the funeral industry Hazel uses her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create an atmosphere of warmth and inclusivity in every journey she takes with her clients.
She truly serves as a conduit for meaningful moments in people’s lives and her professionalism and expertise help individuals and families shape memories that will endure for a lifetime.
Through her own passion to create such a personalised meaningful ceremony, Hazel has created a celebrant training package where she shares with you her widened knowledge and experience.
She is very excited to offer this training to individuals who really wish to create a successful personalised and compassionate business of their own and encourages you to bring out your greatest of attributes into the ceremony you provide.

Why we are called Amelia Celebrants
Here is little Faye Amelia Burton’s story
Little Faye Amelia was born on the 14th of June 2012 to her devoted and loving parents Abi and Kyle.
She arrived 5 weeks early weighing just 3lb, 3oz. She was perfectly healthy just needed to gain weight. Thankfully she was good at that but wouldn’t keep her feeding tube in!
Faye Amelia was a happy little baby especially when she was in her bath. All she wanted was a cuddle and she certainly got plenty of those.
Sadly little Faye died at the age of around 10 weeks old leaving a hole no one could ever fill.
At the time both Abi and her sister Milly would visit Hazel as a client for holistic therapies and as soon as Faye Amelia had passed they contacted her.
Hazel offered to help in any way she could never dreaming the family would actually ask her to take little Faye’s service. But they did!
As the family arrived to visit Hazel in her lodge, she soon realised another connection to this wonderful family. Faye’s nanny was only her best friend as a young child and they lived next door but one to each other; coincidence or destiny!
As soon as Hazel stood at the lectern to deliver her first ever ceremony she knew she was home, finally she had been led to the role she was meant to do and her heart was full.
